2. Description of Services
Tidewater Taxi & Tours offers water taxi services, guided and unguided tours, and other related services in Prince William Sound, Alaska.
3. Booking and Payment
a. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid on or before the day of the service.
b. All payments are to be made in US dollars.
c. In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation policy outlined on our website.
4. Safety and Conduct
a. The safety of our passengers is our top priority. Passengers must follow all safety instructions provided by the captain or crew.
b. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be behaving inappropriately or endangering the safety of others.
5. Liability and Indemnification
a. The Company is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage suffered by passengers, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Company.
b. Passengers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of their actions or omissions during the use of the Company’s services.
6. Weather and Cancellations
a. Tours and services are subject to weather conditions. The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
b. In the event of cancellation by the Company due to weather, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
7. Privacy
The Company respects the privacy of its passengers. Any personal information provided to the Company will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by the Company, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of the Company or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright laws.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
10. Changes to Terms of Service
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is the responsibility of the passenger to review the Terms periodically for changes.
